In the latest CS2 update, new maps and graphics settings have been introduced.

Valve released a significant update for Counter-Strike 2 on the night of June 26, as officially announced on the game’s website. The patch size was 7 GB. Despite rumors of an upcoming operation, it did not materialize.
The list of changes includes:
- Addition of community maps Thera and Mills to competitive and casual modes, as well as Deathmatch.
- Introduction of community maps Memento and Assembly into the cooperative mode.
- Inclusion of the map Pool Day in the Arms Race mode.
- Fix for a bomb getting stuck issue on Nuke, Ancient, and Vertigo maps.
- Bug fixes related to explosives on the Anubis map.
- Update to the MVP panel.
- Addition of animated MVP panels in Premier mode.
- Implementation of several new conditions for earning MVP, along with changes to existing ones.
- Reset of player ranks in competitive mode (re-calibration possible after two wins on each map).
- Addition of new graphics settings, including the option to set maximum frame rates based on recommendations.
- Introduction of pop-up notifications with FPS tuning recommendations.
There was no official announcement of a new operation for CS2, although on June 16, insiders mentioned that Valve was working on a new case, which could be linked to a future operation.
