History of Creation
The esports team Spirit was founded in 2015 in Russia. Initially, the organization started as an amateur team, but thanks to the passion and dedication of its players, it quickly gained popularity. The main goal of the team was to represent Russia on the international stage and promote esports in the country.
First Roster
The first roster of Spirit consisted of talented players who already had experience in various tournaments. Key figures included Illya “Lysenko” Lysenko, Danil “dendi” Ishutin, and Andrey “ALWAYSWANNAFLY” Bondarenko. This roster managed to attract attention with their gameplay and determination to win.

From the very beginning, the team showcased decent results in various tournaments, but their real breakthrough came in 2017 when Spirit began participating in major international competitions. They displayed a high level of play at ESL One and DreamHack, earning not only prize money but also a multitude of fans.
One of the landmark moments for Spirit was their journey to The International. Although the team did not secure a prize position, they demonstrated a fighting spirit and professionalism, which solidified their reputation.
