History of the Hungarian football team
The Hungarian national football team has a long and impressive history that dates back to the beginnings of European football. Hungary was once one of the dominant forces in Europe, but its path to the European Championships was marked by ups and downs. Hungary’s first major success at the European Championships was in 1964, when they reached the semi-finals.
